Tax Foundation - a particularly valuable for comparing states and they have no California bias.

Reason - offers taxation solutions. They are particularly strong on pointing out where and how privatization works.

CATO - another excellent site, though their emphasis is on national issues.

National Taxpayer Union - an excellent source of information. Website is very clear and concise with several excellent articles and links.

The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association - dedicated to California and the protection of Proposition 13 (the proposition that attempts to keep our property taxes from skyrocketing).

The National Center for Policy Analysis - offering daily feeds, this is a very good source.
